Your request is reviewed before we confirm availability, the scope of work, and the total. Submitting does not collect payment or reserve a production date. Youth sizes have a Y prefix; adult sizes do not. Sizes vary by garment brand and style. We confirm the blank, fabric, and its size chart with your quote. Share whether you prefer a fitted or relaxed look before approving your order.
Local pickup is arranged after review. Shipping cost and delivery estimates are included in your quote. A requested event date is subject to confirmation. Production time for all orders is 7–10 days after order confirmation. Design approval, the required payment, and garment availability are confirmed before production. Shipping transit is additional.
Custom and personalized artwork receives a proof by email. Check names, numbers, spelling, colors, and placement. Reply with explicit approval of the identified proof version or list your requested changes. Production starts after approval and the required payment. Screen colors and mockups are illustrative.
Tell us about changes or cancellation requests before approving the proof or authorizing production. We confirm what is possible and any effect on cost or timing. Order-specific terms are provided with the quote. If an item arrives with an issue, contact us with the request reference and clear photos so we can review it.
We use contact details, order information, and uploaded references to prepare quotes, communicate, and fulfill requests. Website storage hosts these records; Resend processes confirmation emails.
